At Calmflex, we want you to have the best experience with our products. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day exchange policy.

Eligibility for Exchange

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • It should include all original packaging and tags

  • A valid proof of purchase/receipt is required

Important Notes

  • Items sent without prior exchange request will not be accepted

  • Exchange is subject to product availability

  • Customers may be required to ship the item back before the exchange is processed

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 7 days. We will resolve the issue on priority.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Used or damaged products (not caused during delivery)

  • Personal care items once opened/used

  • Sale items or gift cards
